Lori Allison is a native of the Pittsburgh region. She was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania and has called Southwestern PA home for several years. Lori started at SciCan in August of 2006 as our receptionist. Her friendly voice, pleasant manner and 15 years of customer service experience quickly promoted her to Customer Service Representative in November of 2006.

Lori’s degree is in Computer Applications and Data processing from Computer Tech.

On any given Sunday, you'll find Lori routing for the Steelers, in true Burgh fashion. Her other interests include biking, reading and spending time with her family.

Susan Crile was born and raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Susan has an extensive background in Customer Service and brought with her 10-years of Customer Service Management experience. She joined SciCan in 2007 as the Customer Service Team Leader.

In Susan’s free time, she enjoys sewing, crocheting and scrapbooking. Susan’s love for animals keeps her active. She’s crazy about her feisty Golden Retriever, Joley, who demands long walks every evening. She also stays busy serving as the Vice President of Meadow Brook Community.

Beth Gill started her Customer Service career in August 2005. Beth had several years of experience in the customer service industry before joining our team. SciCan is very lucky to have Beth join our team and she’s quickly become a senior Customer Service Representative and recently accepted an additional role as a Trade Show Coordinator.

Beth resides in the Pittsburgh area, where she was born and raised. In her spare time, she enjoys horse back riding and showing.
