The Quantim 16 Autoclave is designed to address all volume and wrapped sterilization needs. Its large, seamless chamber is 10" in diameter and 13" deep, and holds up to six open instrument trays, three industry standard Hu-Friedy® 8" x 11" instrument cassettes, a pouched instrument rack, or various SciCan SysTM™ instrument cassettes. Quantim Autoclave Cleanser
Not only is cleaning your Quantim good clinical practice, it also helps your unit function at peak effectiveness. The Quantim Autoclave Cleanser is designed to clean the reservoir, chamber and tubing of your Quantim. Cleaning the inside of the unit is also very important when sterilizing lubricated instruments to eliminate any oily residue. SciCan recommends that the reservoir, chamber and tubing be cleaned at least once a week if you are using a recirculating water unit, and monthly for single water use units . or as required with these. After running a cleaning cycle, empty the remainder of the water reservoir then refill it with distilled water and run a cycle to rinse the system   |
